The Apocalypse Seven: Review

The Apocalypse Seven by Gene Doucette starts out strange, and becomes progressively more mysterious. The main characters awaken one day in Boston to find that most everyone is gone. As they explore and start finding each other, they also realize that the world is substantially different from the one in which they fell asleep. They set up a new home in the deserted MIT campus, while avoiding the suddenly very active and dangerous wildlife. Eventually they make some dramatic discoveries about the nature of their predicament.

Overall, The Apocalypse Seven is creative and nicely mixes a deserted post-apocalyptic world with a sci-fi mystery.
